Litigation Attorney (Legal): Managing commercial, IP, trademark, bankruptcy, and employment-related disputes with an accent on risk mitigation and internal investigations. Focus on developing scalable litigation processes, advising business stakeholders, and reviewing contractual provisions.

Location: Hybrid (McLean, VA; Menlo Park, CA; Atlanta, GA). This is not a remote position; candidates must be based in these locations.

What you will do

• Manage commercial, IP, trademark, bankruptcy, and employment-related disputes and litigation.
• Handle responses to subpoenas, garnishment orders, and requests from government or law enforcement agencies.
• Lead internal investigations regarding legal risks to the company.
• Create and improve scalable processes and procedures for handling litigation.
• Advise business stakeholders on litigation risks and propose practical solutions.
• Review and advise on litigation-related contractual provisions, including dispute resolution and indemnification clauses.

Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and membership in at least one state bar.
• Ability to practice in the jurisdiction in which the position is located.
• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience with substantive litigation experience.
• Experience managing complex litigation and/or class action claims.
• Experience conducting internal investigations.
