Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Lathrop, California, United States. Onsite warehouse floor position with physical product handling.

Salary: $23.25–$27.75 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, and a peak-season bonus of up to $1,600.

What you will do

• Support the supervisor and oversee warehouse functions across receiving, picking, packing, shipping, bulk, and value-added services.
• Lead and coordinate 6–15 associates, delegate work, monitor production targets and UPH goals, and provide real-time feedback.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings, lead safety stretches, enforce SOPs, and support onboarding and training.
• Control workflow, monitor operational dashboards, remove roadblocks, and resolve issues before escalation.
• Oversee inbound and outbound processes, including unloading, processing, picking, packaging, trailer loading, and Dock to Stock SLA performance.
• Perform inventory and quality checks, maintain department cleanliness, and respond to email and verbal questions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience is preferred, with experience in more than one warehouse department required.
• Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products weighing 150+ pounds unassisted or with a team lift.
• PIV certification is required for applicable roles; ability or willingness to train on Powered Industrial Truck Operations is required.
• Leadership, motivational, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of a WMS system; high school diploma or GED and previous warehouse experience are preferred.
