Warehouse Team Lead (Home Delivery Operations)

Location: Burlington, New Jersey, United States; onsite warehouse position

Salary: $21.50–$23.50 per hour, with potential overtime, shift differential, bonuses, and a peak-season bonus of up to $1,200.

What you will do

• Assist the supervisor in leading 6–15 warehouse associates and coordinate workloads against production targets and KPIs.
• Coach, train, provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and reinforce safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, picking, staging, and final-mile loading for home delivery operations.
• Manage deluxing activities, including unboxing, inspection, assembly, cleaning, repackaging, damage evaluation, and minor furniture repair.
• Track deluxing metrics, conduct cycle counts and inventory audits, and process driver returns and reattempts.
• Maintain site cleanliness and support facility opening or closing as needed.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience across more than one warehouse department, such as receiving, inventory control, picking, inspection, assembly, or returns.
• Strong leadership, motivational, decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and reach on the warehouse floor for 10 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products weighing 150 pounds or more independently or with a team lift.
• Experience composing and replying to emails and internal instant messages.
• Experience with warehouse management and exception ticket management systems.

Nice to have

• Previous warehouse experience and experience demonstrating leadership potential.
• High school diploma or GED.
• PIV certification.
