Recruiter

Location: On-site at Robot Ranch in Austin, Texas; relocation to Austin is required if not within commuting distance.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build sourcing and screening strategies.
• Source and engage passive candidates across engineering, robotics, hardware, construction, and field operations.
• Run technical and cultural screens while maintaining a high hiring bar.
• Coordinate complex onsite interviews and candidate logistics at Texas facilities.
• Track pipeline data, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion and time-to-hire.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a technical or high-growth environment.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and source effectively against them.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including engaging passive candidates.
• Willingness to work extended hours or weekends when needed for critical hiring pushes.
• Willingness to relocate to Austin, Texas when not within commuting distance.

Nice to have

• Recruiting experience in hardware, robotics, manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, defense, or other hard-tech companies.
• Experience recruiting for both engineering and field or operations roles.
• Experience in an early-stage startup or fast-scaling recruiting environment.
• Familiarity with Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, and modern sourcing tools.
