Insurance Sales Agent (AI)

Location: Remote, but full-time hourly employees must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA, United States

Base hourly pay: $19–$21 per hour, plus uncapped commissions and potential equity.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Deliver empathetic, consultative customer experiences and explain complex policy details clearly.
• Identify savings opportunities and coverage gaps for customers.
• Build tailored policy packages across a panel of more than 55 carrier partners and finalize coverage.
• Address customer hesitation and concerns throughout the purchasing process.
• Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or a high-touch service environment.
• Strong empathy, active listening, communication, and customer advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license within approximately 2 weeks after starting; licensing costs are fully funded.
• Must currently reside in AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA for this full-time hourly role.
