Insurance Sales Representative (Fintech)

Location: Remote, available only to full-time hourly employees currently residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commissions; top performers typically earn $100,000+ annually.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Provide empathetic, consultative guidance and explain complex policy details clearly.
• Identify customer savings opportunities and coverage gaps.
• Build tailored policy packages across more than 55 carrier partners and bind coverage.
• Address customer concerns and support a transparent purchasing experience.
• Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch customer service.
• Strong empathy, warmth, active listening, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high service standard.
• Current residence in one of the approved U.S. states for full-time hourly employees: AZ, FL, GA, NV, NY, NC, TN, TX, UT, or VA.
• Ability to obtain a Property and Casualty license within two weeks of starting; licensing costs are fully covered.
