Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States. Hybrid schedule: onsite Monday through Thursday; choose the work location on Fridays.

Annual base salary: $72,611.66–$101,394.99.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from candidate attraction through onboarding.
• Partner with HR and hiring leaders to define recruitment strategies, position requirements, demand plans, and expectations.
• Source diverse internal and external candidates through referrals, social media, networking, and niche resources.
• Conduct phone screens, assess candidates, facilitate interview feedback, and recommend candidates to hiring managers.
• Build talent communities and candidate pipelines while improving recruiting processes.
• Partner with HR and Compensation on offer formulation, approvals, candidate communications, acceptance, and start processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, and in-person or virtual interviewing skills.
• Ability to evaluate organizational fit and position requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with, influence, and lead change among leaders and key partners.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
