Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist (Clean Energy)

Location: Remote within California; employees are required to work and reside in the state of California, with occasional visits to an SCE facility.

Salary: $101,900–$152,800 per year.

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment requisitions across a diverse portfolio of roles.
• Build sourcing and recruiting strategies with hiring managers and fellow recruiters.
• Source, pipeline, and engage qualified and passive candidates through multiple channels.
• Advise hiring leaders on candidate selection, labor-market conditions, and recruiting decisions.
• Use market and industry data to support compensation discussions and improve recruiting methods.
• Ensure job posting quality and contribute to the employer brand.

Requirements

• Five or more years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing, job posting creation, and recruitment strategy development.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions across different job families and levels.
• Experience consulting with hiring managers and business leaders on recruiting strategy and selection.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and recruiting technologies.
• Must work and reside in California.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar enterprise systems.
• Recruiting experience in utilities, energy, engineering, technical, skilled-trades, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience developing proactive sourcing strategies and identifying passive talent.
