  • Coordinate with foundries, OSAT providers, test engineering, and internal stakeholders to meet production milestones and quality goals.
  • Plan ATE test-program development, bring-up activities, bench-validation hardware readiness, and silicon logistics.
  • Track manufacturing capacity across wafer fabrication, procurement, assembly, and test, while allocating capacity with suppliers.
  • Manage procurement, delivery, demand forecasts, inventory, and material readiness for silicon components.
  • Build dashboards and reports covering schedule adherence, capacity utilization, inventory, delivery performance, and production risks.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of supply chain, production planning, or operations experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Deep understanding of the silicon lifecycle, including tape-out, fabrication, packaging, test, bring-up, and validation.
  • Experience working with foundries such as TSMC or Samsung and OSATs such as ASE, Amkor, or JCET.
  • Knowledge of wafer fabrication, dicing, bumping, CoWoS packaging, testing, hardware validation, and silicon logistics.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle, advanced Excel or analytics tools, and complex cross-functional program management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with advanced process nodes such as 5nm or 3nm.
  • Familiarity with Teradyne or Advantest ATE platforms and test-program infrastructure.
  • Experience with silicon bring-up in hyperscale computing, AI/ML, or high-performance SoC environments.
  • PMP certification or equivalent program-management training.
  • Experience with CoWoS or other 2.5D/3D packaging technologies.

Culture & Benefits

  • Fully in-person work in San Jose, with technical staff contributing across engineering and research.
  • Full medical, dental, and vision coverage with generous premium support.
  • Housing subsidy of $2,500 per month for employees living within walking distance of the office.
  • Daily lunch and dinner provided at the office.
  • Relocation support for employees moving to San Jose.
