Senior Supply Chain Program Manager (Hardware)

Location: Hybrid; occasional travel to supplier sites and operational reviews may be required. Candidates progressing to the offer stage may be asked to attend an in-person interview at a hirify.global office or hub.

What you will do

• Connect capacity demand, L10 hardware availability, and L11 rack manufacturing schedules across global regions.
• Manage supply allocation reporting, shortage reviews, material readiness, and production planning for rack integration builds.
• Evaluate supply constraints and present allocation options involving direct hardware shipment and complete rack integration.
• Track CapEx commitments, execution progress, delivery risks, forecasts, and operational reporting for leadership.
• Lead supplier business reviews covering capacity, delivery, cost, quality, and performance, while evaluating new suppliers and build locations.
• Coordinate NPI readiness, supplier quality escalations, commercial workflows, and Oracle ERP process improvements.

Requirements

• Broad professional experience in global supply chain management, production planning, manufacturing operations, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating supply and production programs across multi-site manufacturing environments and international regions.
• Ability to connect demand forecasts, material readiness, supplier capacity, and manufacturing schedules.
• Experience independently leading complex cross-functional programs with engineering, procurement, finance, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical, communication, supplier-performance, risk-assessment, and operational-reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate across global time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience with contract manufacturers, original design manufacturers, or systems integrators for data center, server, or network hardware.
• Experience with enterprise ERP platforms, preferably Oracle, and with manufacturing partner assessments or RFP processes.
• Background in commercial negotiations, procurement agreements, supplier capacity commitments, hardware NPI, or manufacturing transitions.
• Knowledge of tariff mitigation, logistics planning, regional diversification, supplier scorecards, and operational metrics.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for supplier site visits and operational reviews.
