Supply Chain Manager (NDAA)

Location: On-site in South San Francisco, United States. Must be authorized to work in the United States; willingness to travel as needed is required.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations for NDAA-compliant materials and components.
• Develop domestic supplier and vendor relationships supporting regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and legal teams on supply chain strategy.
• Monitor supplier risks through audits, capacity planning, and contingency planning.
• Oversee inventory management and demand forecasting against production schedules.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contracting while driving improvements in cost, quality, and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain management experience, preferably in aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of NDAA compliance and experience with regulated components.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, evaluations, and audits.
• Experience with inventory management, demand planning, and procurement systems.
• United States work authorization required; strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in drone, robotics, or aerospace supply chains.
• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain software tools.
• CSCP or CPSM certification.
