Senior Water & Wastewater Project Manager (Water/Wastewater)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal water, wastewater, stormwater, and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with municipal utility clients and key stakeholders.
• Identify, pursue, and help win new project opportunities in the Tennessee water and wastewater market.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of internal staff and subconsultants while managing scopes, schedules, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Prepare technical memoranda, engineering reports, planning studies, design documents, SOQs, proposals, presentations, and interview materials.
• Provide strategic client guidance, collaborate on account growth, represent Consor at industry events, and mentor junior staff.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant water and wastewater engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Tennessee or the ability to obtain reciprocity after employment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Experience managing municipal water and wastewater projects, including planning and design.
• Project management experience with scopes of work, invoice review, budgets, and client communications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships and win and deliver municipal projects.
