hirify.global develops and services advanced lithography machines that enable leading chipmakers to produce smaller, more powerful, and energy-efficient microchips.

What you will do

  • Represent Supply Chain in cross-functional teams managing new product introductions, engineering changes, and product phase-outs.
  • Evaluate engineering changes, plan implementation, challenge project timing, and monitor execution.
  • Coordinate logistics and material flow for prototypes, pilots, spare parts, tools, and packaging.
  • Manage product ramp-up in the supply chain and support product roadmaps.
  • Identify bottlenecks and drive actions across engineering, suppliers, factories, procurement, and service logistics.
  • Balance material availability with customer service, inventory, quality, cost, and risk requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Experience with planning and logistics processes in a high-tech, low-volume environment is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams in a demanding environment with changing deadlines.
  • Must be legally authorized to access United States-controlled technology before starting work.

Nice to have

  • Affinity with a technical environment.
  • Experience managing stakeholders at operational and executive levels.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.
