Senior Project Manager (SaaS)

Location: Remote, EMEA or USA; regular trips to a local international office may be required where applicable.

Salary: $138,000–$148,000 USD annual base salary for U.S.-based hires. Compensation outside the United States follows local market benchmarks and is paid in the applicable local currency.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end plans for product initiatives, including scope, sequencing, dependencies, milestones, and release readiness.
• Break ambiguous initiatives into workstreams with clear owners and maintain alignment across distributed teams.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to track commitments, surface slippage, and resolve dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency reviews, and release-readiness sessions that result in clear decisions.
• Coordinate go-to-market readiness with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Support, and Customer Success.
• Build repeatable delivery templates, checklists, release communications, and AI-supported processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of project or program management experience, including 4+ years in a B2B SaaS Product or R&D organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience running software delivery and coordinating the go-to-market side of product launches.
• Experience with complex SaaS architectures, including API integrations, multi-tenant cloud platforms, feature flags, or continuous deployment.
• Working knowledge of SaaS product lifecycles, agile delivery, technical dependencies, trade-offs, and blockers.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence, strong communication skills, and experience with distributed teams across time zones.

Nice to have

• Experience presenting delivery health and managing trade-offs with VP and C-level stakeholders.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
• Product Operations experience and practical use of AI productivity tools.
• Experience with EdTech, higher education, enterprise customers, API-based products, or feature flagging.
