Senior FPGA Verification Engineer (FPGA)

Salary: CAD 103,700–165,700 per year

What you will do

• Lead chip-level verification activities for FPGA designs.
• Establish verification methodology, architecture, and infrastructure, including models, generators, monitors, and scoreboards.
• Define test priorities and coverage targets with design teams, and create verification plans.
• Create and execute directed and constrained-random test cases.
• Triage regressions, report findings, and drive bug resolution.
• Collaborate with peers and mentor junior verification engineers on verification methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience as an FPGA or ASIC verification engineer.
• Experience developing testbench environments using SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Experience with PCIe, I2C, SPI, Siemens Questa, and Synopsys VCS.
• Working knowledge of PC and Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OTN and Ethernet for data transport.
