Field Service Supervisor (Contractor Services - Lighting)

Location: Remote within the United States, based in or associated with Raleigh, NC; geographically mobile across KY, NC, SC, TN, GA, DE, MD, VA, WV, and PA, with up to 30% overnight travel

Salary: $81,753–$110,366 annually

What you will do

• Lead, direct, and support field service technicians across a multi-state territory.
• Develop and manage service routes from planning through completion according to customer contracts.
• Coordinate team activities, resources, schedules, customer interactions, and project expectations.
• Track milestones and deliverables and prepare progress reports, proposals, and requirements documentation.
• Manage changes in route scope, identify operational risks, and develop contingency plans.
• Inspect equipment, construction sites, and work progress while maintaining safety standards and completing monthly safety reporting.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Bachelor’s degree in business.
• At least 3 years of heavy equipment operation experience; 5 years preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervision experience in a construction environment; 5 years preferred.
• Forklift certification, strong inventory control knowledge, and knowledge of electrical, construction, or mechanical products.
• Geographic mobility and willingness to travel up to 30% based on customer projects are required.

Nice to have

• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs, adapt to changing situations, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
