Business Operations Innovation Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead business process improvement and operational excellence initiatives across global functions.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities, then redesign processes using automation-first and AI-enabled approaches.
• Develop dashboards, KPI frameworks, reporting solutions, and analytical models to support business and executive decision-making.
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows, copilots, agents, automations, and business solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot.
• Lead rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept initiatives, translating business needs into scalable technology and process solutions.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to drive implementation, adoption, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• Typically 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience with data analytics, automation, AI-enabled technologies, and business transformation.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms.
• Strong experience with Power BI or comparable analytics and visualization platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and organizational change skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps, or similar low-code technologies.
• Familiarity with Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, SQL, or modern data platforms.
• Experience leading AI adoption, digital transformation, innovation programs, or rapid prototyping initiatives.
• Background in supply chain, sales operations, customer operations, logistics, consulting, or global business operations.
