Microsoft Business Applications & AI Technical Consultant (Microsoft)

Location: Remote within the United States; national travel to customer locations is required when needed by the project.

Salary: $62,466.25–$145,789.00 annually, depending on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Participate as a technical member of project teams delivering Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Copilot, Fabric, and Azure solutions.
• Build canvas and model-driven business applications with Power Apps.
• Create Power Automate cloud flows, integrations, notifications, approvals, and process automations.
• Assist with Copilot Studio and agent-based solution design and development.
• Contribute to Microsoft Fabric and Power BI data and analytics solutions, including dataflows, semantic models, lakehouses, and warehouses.
• Develop integrations across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, Microsoft 365, and third-party applications, and communicate technical concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of experience in application development, systems integration, business applications, data solutions, or a related technical role.
• Experience with at least three of Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure integration services, and X++ development.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working solutions and create clear technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, project-based environment.
• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder and able to travel nationally to customer locations when required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Dataverse, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, or Microsoft Graph.
• Knowledge of responsible AI, data security, access control, data loss prevention, and governance.
• Consulting or professional services experience and direct client experience in discovery, design, implementation, training, or support.
• Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Azure, or Copilot.
