Lead Software Developer (SAP)

Location: Watervliet, United States; onsite in an office, data center, or operational environment

Salary: $138,800–$208,200 per year

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of software solutions supporting TACOM systems and operations.
• Provide technical direction, project coordination, and performance monitoring for application and development projects.
• Coordinate design, migration, data validation, conversion, and solution implementation activities.
• Work with customers and technical staff to resolve software problems and deliver application enhancements.
• Develop end-user manuals and train less experienced developers on complex projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related business applications field, plus more than 10 years of relevant experience.
• 10 years of SAP experience, including LMP Increment I and II and CAMS implementations.
• Experience with LMP, CAMS, SQL, BI, Business Objects, SAP, Power Platform applications, SharePoint, MII, and object-oriented platforms.
• Process development experience in the WVA Arsenal Manufacturing environment.
• U.S. citizenship is required, with the ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• Must speak, read, and write English; a valid driver’s license is required.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting DoD, Army, or TACOM programs.
• Prior government contracting experience.
