Dynamics 365/Power Platform Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

Location: Remote within the United States, with occasional in-person meetings or workshops as required. Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a DHS clearance; current DHS clearance preferred.

Salary: $80,000–$120,000 per year.

What you will do

• Configure, customize, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, views, queries, workflows, approval processes, portals, and knowledge-management capabilities.
• Extend Dynamics 365 using .NET Framework and JavaScript, and integrate it with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity services, Exchange Online, and other systems.
• Provide Tier III development, analyst, troubleshooting, training, and user-support services to helpdesk staff and federal end users.
• Support release management, deployment, testing, production readiness, source control, and CI/CD practices using tools such as Jira, GitHub Enterprise, and Azure DevOps Server.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, procedures, training materials, access controls, and configuration management in line with agency security standards.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform.
• Hands-on enterprise experience configuring, customizing, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience developing Power Platform business processes, reports, dashboards, views, queries, and approval workflows.
• Experience with .NET Framework, JavaScript, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity and authentication, enterprise integrations, application releases, deployment, testing, and production support.
• Working knowledge of Agile development, source control, and CI/CD practices.
• US citizenship and the ability to obtain a DHS clearance are required; current DHS clearance is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Government, Power Platform Government, federal civilian or DHS systems, and regulated Microsoft cloud environments.
• Experience with Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, SharePoint integration, customer service portals, and knowledge bases.
• Familiarity with UI/UX and user-centered design for enterprise applications.
• Current Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
