Early Career Consult Program – Network Support Associate (Networking)

Salary: $77,000 per year on a full-time schedule, with eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and operational health.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, switching, performance, and configuration issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support network hardware, software, VPN, and WAN connectivity.
• Execute routine network changes and participate in change management and review processes.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and escalate complex issues.
• Document configurations and procedures, communicate status to customers and stakeholders, and identify service-quality improvements.

Requirements

• Foundational experience supporting enterprise networks with routing and switching technologies.
• Knowledge of network protocols, addressing, traffic flow, connectivity, WAN, VPN, and network security concepts.
• Experience monitoring availability and performance, troubleshooting issues, handling incidents, and supporting network devices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, communication, and customer-support skills.
• CCNP certification or equivalent networking knowledge, plus familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Availability to work at the Dallas/Frisco, United States location.

Nice to have

• Experience with BGP, advanced routing, Software Defined Networking, or Cisco ACI.
• Experience with Check Point or Cisco Firepower firewalls, F5 load balancers, NSX, or other advanced infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with Ansible, large-scale multi-vendor environments, cloud networking, or infrastructure modernization.
