- Lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of enterprise networks across office, datacenter, and cloud environments.
- Provide technical leadership for routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, network security, WAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, and internet connectivity initiatives.
- Administer Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, and related networking platforms.
- Design and optimize Microsoft Azure networking, including ExpressRoute, VNets, Virtual WAN, DNS, and hybrid cloud connectivity.
- Drive network modernization, cloud transformation, office integration, infrastructure lifecycle management, automation, and monitoring.
- Handle complex incidents and outages, mentor network engineers, and contribute to architecture standards, roadmaps, disaster recovery, and business continuity.

- At least 6 years of relevant experience; 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience in large-scale, multi-site environments preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
- Experience with BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, HSRP, QoS, firewalls, segmentation, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Experience developing network automation with PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and serve as an escalation point for critical network issues.
