Sr. Technical Program Manager - Consumer Group

Location: Mountain View, California, or Oakland, California, United States

Base pay: $155,500–$210,500 per year, depending on location, skills, knowledge, and experience. The position may also be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Deliver strategic capabilities and customer experiences within the Personal Finance organization.
• Create program plans with milestones, success measures, multiple contributing teams, and delivery phases.
• Identify risks and dependencies, escalate blockers, and coordinate decisions across teams.
• Bring product, engineering, design, and business stakeholders together around shared outcomes and workstreams.
• Communicate program progress using data, surface trends, and drive next steps.
• Improve program execution through frameworks, best practices, tools, templates, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience leading technology-focused programs involving multiple cross-functional teams.
• Strong technical program management experience and the ability to partner across product, engineering, design, and business functions.
• Working knowledge of software development approaches, architecture, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience with program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and delivery in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Agile or CSM experience or training.
• PMP certification.
