Robot Test Operator (Robotics)

hirify.global develops Physical AI robots to automate logistics and warehouse operations, starting with truck and container unloading.

What you will do

• Operate robots through touchscreen interfaces and execute 1–10 test scenarios per day.
• Drive robots and equipment safely in and out of shipping containers and trailers.
• Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning lidar sensors and replacing components.
• Monitor robot performance, identify anomalies, and communicate findings to engineering teams.
• Collaborate with System Verification and Test engineers and software engineers.
• Complete confined-space safety training and follow all safety requirements.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in manufacturing, automotive, mechanical maintenance, robotics, automation, or a similar technical environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the workday.
• Mechanical aptitude, technical confidence, and willingness to learn robotics operations.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, ownership, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Comfort working in confined spaces and around moving machinery.
