Program Manager II (Fraud)

Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA, Phoenix, AZ, or Cleveland, OH

Base salary: $100,100–$185,900 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional program and project teams supporting corporate strategy.
• Plan and oversee complex programs spanning multiple business segments, channels, or lines of business.
• Manage program budgets, reporting, implementation, and overall delivery.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend enhancements based on results.
• Partner with service providers to ensure consistent delivery across distribution channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with program management, project management, strategic planning, analytical thinking, organizational leadership, and change management.
• Background in banking or financial services.
• Ability to work in-office in Pittsburgh, Phoenix, or Cleveland.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Experience in fraud, anti-money laundering, sanctions, transaction onboarding, or agentics.
• PMP, SAFe, or Agile experience or certification.
