Senior Manager, Project Management (MedTech)

Location: Spring House, Pennsylvania, United States of America; approximately 25% domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale capital design and construction projects.
• Manage project portfolios across Innovative Medicines and Medical Devices sites, including manufacturing facilities, laboratories, and offices.
• Define project scope, develop schedules, secure resources, and manage project and operational budgets.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards.
• Coordinate customers, contractors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and delivery.
• Support other project leads, apply project management best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in engineering, project management, or manufacturing, including operational excellence and team leadership.
• Experience managing projects or programs in a regulated manufacturing environment, including planning, execution, and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of laboratories and manufacturing processes in FDA-regulated environments, including design, startup, and operational phases.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing project budgets, resource planning, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Project Management certification or degree.
• Familiarity with Front-End Loading best practices.
• LEED AP certification.
