Manager, Project Management

Location: Cudahy, Wisconsin, USA; hybrid with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers, including performance management and succession planning.
• Oversee engineered-to-order, refrigeration, gas compression, and other strategic projects against customer, operational, and financial objectives.
• Manage portfolio performance, resource utilization, schedules, budgets, risks, priorities, forecasting, and capacity planning.
• Partner with the enterprise PMO to improve project governance, standards, tools, metrics, and execution practices.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Logistics, and Field Services to drive project accountability.
• Resolve complex project, customer, and cross-functional escalations while improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineering, or related industries.
• At least 5 years of project management experience with complex, cross-functional projects and at least 3 years of people leadership experience.
• PMP certification and experience managing multiple concurrent projects with significant revenue, schedule, and customer impact.
• Knowledge of project and portfolio management, risk management, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, margin analysis, and cost control.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• MBA or advanced technical degree.
• Experience in refrigeration, HVAC, industrial equipment, compression systems, or engineered-to-order manufacturing.
• Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement certification.
• Experience implementing governance frameworks, performance metrics, organizational change, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
