What you will do
- Guide cross-functional engineering teams through new business development and design or material change projects.
- Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables throughout the product life cycle.
- Manage internal and external supplier relationships, prototype submissions, and launch documentation.
- Coordinate with Product Engineering, Quality, and Metrology on prototype measurements, techniques, and product layouts.
- Identify project risks and resolve deviations from quotes, contracts, and project agreements.
- Serve as the primary customer interface and communicate project updates, budget variances, plans, and schedules.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Industry-relevant professional experience.
- Relevant certifications, systems experience, and training.
- Professional-level English language skills preferred.
- Clear communication, proactive collaboration, customer focus, innovation, and strong execution skills.
