Senior Operations Program Manager (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own complex, high-value programs from initial intake through delivery and operational readiness.
• Lead cross-functional governance, decision-making, and execution across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, and Corporate Functions.
• Coordinate stakeholders, resolve issues, manage priorities, and maintain accountability for scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality.
• Drive risk mitigation, margin management, cost controls, change management, and financial discipline.
• Coach and mentor program management talent while supporting onboarding, succession planning, and capability development.
• Improve program management standards, execution frameworks, governance, operating models, and enterprise transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10 years of progressive experience in Operations, Program or Project Management, Strategy, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives, strategic programs, or cross-functional transformation projects.
• Experience influencing stakeholders and driving execution across matrixed teams without formal reporting authority.
• Strong program and project management, operational planning, structured change management, communication, problem-solving, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with program management or enterprise planning tools.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or a related field.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
