Portfolio & Strategy Analyst (Fraud Analytics)

Location: CO - Lakewood (80215), based in Denver, Colorado; in-office position

Base salary: $82,500–$137,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify anomalies, fraud patterns, portfolio risks, and emerging trends.
• Use SQL, Python, Tableau, statistical tools, predictive models, and third-party data to produce actionable insights.
• Develop and implement fraud detection rules and countermeasures to mitigate incidents in real time.
• Design analytical methods, segmentation strategies, reporting suites, and performance baselines for lending and portfolio strategies.
• Partner with business, credit, data, model development, Finance, and Risk teams to improve lending decisions, manage risk appetite, and reduce losses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with data analytics, financial analysis, quantitative models, predictive analytics, credit risk, or operational risk.
• Knowledge of banking products, lending, portfolio analytics, regulatory requirements, and risk management.
• Ability to work in-office in Lakewood/Denver, Colorado.
