Clinical Operations Coordinator, RN ENT Full Time (Healthcare)

Location: 25 N. Winfield Rd., Winfield, Illinois, United States; onsite

Salary: USD 38.50–61.60 per hour

What you will do

• Supervise clinical support staff and lead daily clinical operations across practice sites or departments.
• Coordinate clinical staff schedules, provider schedule templates, workload distribution, and resource allocation.
• Support hiring, training, coaching, performance reviews, progressive discipline, and staff development.
• Monitor clinical workflows, data accuracy, quality, productivity, compliance, and patient access.
• Manage medical-surgical supplies and operational activities within budget guidelines.
• Resolve complex patient, staff, and customer situations while maintaining patient dignity and confidentiality.

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification from an accepted clinical accrediting institution.
• Licensed registered nurse with a minimum of five years of clinical experience.
• BSN or completion of the degree within two years of hire.
• Basic Life Support certification from an American Heart Association-accredited source.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Winfield, Illinois.

Nice to have

• Two years of experience in an ambulatory clinic practice setting.
• Supervisory experience.
