Associate Director of Career Services & Student Engagement (Career Development and Student Engagement): Leading career services and student engagement programs for graduate and undergraduate students and alumni with an accent on career counseling, employer relations, workshops, and leadership development. Focus on designing and evaluating career programs, coordinating career fairs and campus interviews, managing partnerships and budgets, and improving student outcomes.
Location: College Station, Texas, United States; full-time onsite role. Work may extend beyond normal office hours and include weekends.

What you will do
- Lead strategic planning and oversee the administration and organization of career services and student engagement programs.
- Provide career counseling, coaching, career exploration, resume reviews, interview preparation, job-search guidance, and offer negotiation support.
- Develop, present, and evaluate workshops, classes, seminars, student leadership programs, and professional development activities.
- Build relationships with employers, government agencies, private industry, nonprofit organizations, school districts, academic colleges, alumni, and students.
- Plan and host career fairs, graduate fairs, on-campus interviews, internships, and other career-related events.
- Manage program assessments, departmental budgets, web content, marketing publications, policies, handbooks, and campus partnerships.
Requirements
- Master's degree in counseling, Student Affairs, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 7 years of related experience.
- Strong oral and written communication, presentation, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, staff, students, employers, and groups of various sizes.
- Working knowledge of office software and instructional programs.
- Ability to work onsite in College Station, Texas, including occasional work beyond normal office hours and weekends.
Nice to have
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Certified Project Manager credential.
- Certified OSHA Safety Inspector credential.
