What you will do

• Support the Sales Team with administrative duties and sales activities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and communicate customer feedback to the Sales Team.
• Monitor and process sales mobile orders and enter manual orders received by email, fax, or phone.
• Adjust orders, check back orders and order status, and process Canada and grand opening orders.
• Review sales returns, process billing, and assist with online inquiries through Ivykiss.com.
• Report shortages and damages, process credit or replacement orders, resolve carrier issues, track shipments, and prepare monthly reports.

Requirements

• Experience or ability to provide professional customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Ability to support sales administration and communicate effectively with customers and the Sales Team.
• Ability to process orders, returns, claims, billing records, and shipment information accurately.
• Ability to work onsite at the Port Washington, New York headquarters.
