Central Planner (Manufacturing Supply Chain)

Location: Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite manufacturing facility role

What you will do

• Manage the order-to-delivery phase of purchasing for parts supplied to multiple production facilities.
• Plan manufacturing requirements across sites and prioritize or expedite parts across domestic and global supply networks.
• Analyze inventory performance, improve inventory turns, reduce excess stock, and prevent shortages.
• Resolve delays, shortages, receiving discrepancies, labeling issues, keying errors, and shipment problems with suppliers, carriers, logistics teams, receiving, and Accounts Payable.
• Maintain planning-system records so order frequency, quantities, and timing match production requirements.
• Support new-part and new-supplier launches, prepare recovery plans, coordinate obsolete-inventory disposition, and guide cross-functional teams as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Experience supporting purchasing, planning, or logistics processes in a manufacturing environment.
• At least two years of experience in purchasing, logistics, or a related supply-chain role.
• Knowledge of international trade compliance rules and practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, communication, and intercultural collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced/business-level English required. A five-year college degree is strongly preferred, although relevant experience may be considered.
