Finance Analyst III - Managed Care

Location: Fully remote within the United States; Remote-MO. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Analyze complex financial information and translate data into insights that support business decisions.
• Partner with Medical Economics on trend analysis, KPI tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Lead financial projects focused on medical expense optimization, efficiency, effectiveness, and resource allocation.
• Assess ROI projections and anticipated value outcomes while monitoring initiative execution.
• Develop revenue and expense analyses, forecasts, reconciliations, reports, and presentations.
• Present financial findings to senior management and support corrective action planning.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available, now or in the future.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to work with large, sometimes ambiguous datasets and perform high-level financial analysis.

• Experience with healthcare payer finance and accounting.
• High-level financial modeling capabilities.
