Team Lead II (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite manufacturing role; scheduled shift is 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Salary: $27.75–$29.50 per hour

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing employees across multiple processes and operations.
• Assign work and instruct operators on work techniques, quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.
• Coordinate materials, tools, fixtures, production flow, and on-time completion.
• Audit work and production processes to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Analyze material, process, and product issues that may disrupt production.
• Communicate drawing and BOM discrepancies to Engineering and document production and quality activities.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate activities across diverse tasks and demanding schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret complex drawings and schematics.
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel skills; ERP experience is desirable.
• Ability to understand and apply corrective and preventive actions.
• Physical capacity for medium-heavy work, including continuous standing and walking, frequent lifting and bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds occasionally with assistance.
