Cell Lead (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Coordinate staffing and material availability across scheduled work centers.
• Maintain cell-board information and lead cell-board meetings when required.
• Ensure hourly short-interval control sheets are available and completed.
• Train new employees and support manufacturing staff on production and quality issues.
• Perform product inspections, inventory transactions, and changeover or line-setup efficiency monitoring.
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve production problems while supporting health and safety compliance.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience leading or assisting small-group activities in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to exercise initiative and judgment when interpreting and delegating work requirements.
• Strong PC skills and experience with SAP, MII, label software, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use measurement devices such as calipers and rulers.

• Previous experience in a lead role.
• Train-the-trainer experience.
