TL;DR
Team Leader (Elements) (Weekend Shift) (Manufacturing): Building and leading production of complex components, subassemblies, and final assemblies for Pall Aerospace with an accent on blueprint-based assembly, precision measurement, process training, and production quality. Focus on troubleshooting complex manufacturing issues, coordinating weekend-shift associates, operating equipment, and meeting daily production goals onsite.
Location: Onsite in New Port Richey, Florida, United States. Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM. Overtime is routine.

What you will do
- Build components, subassemblies, specialty assemblies, and final assemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, schematics, engineering orders, and job sheets.
- Set up and operate production equipment using precision measuring tools and standard operating procedures.
- Lead weekend-shift associates, delegate tasks, and train coworkers on manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with the Production Supervisor to meet daily production and quality goals.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform basic equipment maintenance, and communicate problems or improvement ideas to management.
- Perform daily Kamishibai activities and respond to inquiries from peers, managers, or regulatory agencies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED and five years of manufacturing experience.
- Ability to work with and mix solvents, oils, and other chemicals.
- Knowledge of basic shop math and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and data entry.
- Ability to read inventory and material planning screens.
- Ability to stand for 10 hours per day with frequent bending, lifting, and twisting, with good hand and eye dexterity.
- U.S. citizenship, U.S. lawful permanent resident status, protected person status, or applicable U.S. Government export authorization is required for access to export-controlled materials and technology.
