Team Leader (Manufacturing)

Location: Paragould, Arkansas, USA; onsite, 1st shift

What you will do

• Lead daily production operations and ensure output, schedules, quality standards, and operational targets are achieved.
• Coordinate production-line activities, staffing, machine setups, changeovers, and adjustments to maintain workflow continuity.
• Monitor equipment performance, production metrics, efficiency, and downtime; escalate issues and support real-time resolution.
• Assign work, coach and train production team members, and communicate priorities and performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety standards, product compliance requirements, and the Compliance Management System.
• Support root cause analysis, process improvement, and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments required.
• 1–2 years of experience leading teams in production or operational environments preferred.
• Experience with production equipment, workflows, production metrics, work orders, or ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of safety standards, manufacturing processes, compliance requirements, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
