Line Lead Dryer Line (Manufacturing)

Location: Clarksville, Tennessee, United States; onsite production role with a flexible schedule that may include weekday and weekend overtime.

What you will do

• Manage product movement through the dryer production area.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, engineering procedures, quality requirements, and safety practices.
• Provide guidance to achieve daily, monthly, and annual quality and production targets.
• Plan and organize work to maintain efficient operations and continuous product flow.
• Support the development of a high-performance team and strengthen employee satisfaction and culture.
• Monitor safety compliance and promote a safe working environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience.
• At least one year of line lead experience.
• Ability to meet deadlines and remain accountable for quality and quantity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekday and weekend overtime.
