Warehouse Trainer

Location: Vernon Hills, Illinois, United States. Onsite night-shift position from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. on a rotating schedule.

Salary: $24.00–$30.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Welcome and onboard direct and temporary warehouse employees in a medical device manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrate warehouse tasks, equipment operation, documentation, and material verification procedures.
• Provide training on Good Manufacturing Practices, traceability, identification, batch preparation, and line clearance.
• Explain workplace hazards and safety responses, helping prevent accidents on the warehouse floor.
• Manage training checklists, assess new employees, provide feedback, and arrange additional training.
• Mentor employees and share training practices and challenges with warehouse leadership, Quality, EHS, and Human Resources.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as an effective warehouse operator.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Completed training provided by the Quality and EHS departments.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse quality procedures, documentation, safety procedures, and GMP.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for approximately 90% of each shift.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
