Warehouse Training Coordinator (Supply Chain)

Location: Perris, California, United States; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $25.50–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Facilitate New Hire Orientation, hands-on onboarding, weekly check-ins, graduation sessions, and manual-handling training.
• Coordinate onboarding compliance, including drug testing, I-9 processes, Workday tasks, and annual training.
• Manage Powered Industrial Vehicle training, certifications, audits, retraining, and recertification.
• Coordinate and facilitate the Train the Trainer program for PIV trainers.
• Maintain training documentation, assessments, LMS and Axonify records, and daily compliance reports.
• Provide operational support during peak periods and assist with site engagement, cleanliness, and 5S initiatives.

Requirements

• PIV certification is required.
• Previous warehouse experience and two or more years of equipment operating experience are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets, Google Slides, and inventory or order-processing systems.
• Ability to stand or walk for up to half a shift and lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
• Availability for the New Hire Orientation schedule and occasional weekend work is required.

Nice to have

• High school diploma or GED.
