Warehouse Trainer

What you will do

• Coordinate and lead onboarding for new warehouse employees across departments and operational processes.
• Coach employees, provide regular feedback, identify training needs, and create practical improvement plans.
• Support the development of training materials and the rollout of new warehouse processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety rules, operational guidelines, and quality standards.
• Partner with managers to evaluate training progress, track effectiveness, and improve training methods.
• Provide daily floor support and act as a role model for teamwork and customer orientation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in training, coaching, or onboarding.
• Warehouse, logistics, or operational experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to give constructive feedback and remain calm under pressure.
• Organized, detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using digital tools, apps, and new workplace technologies.
• Professional working proficiency in either English or German is required.

Nice to have

• Romanian, Russian, or Polish language skills.
