Training Partner II - DPM Expansions

Location: Clayton, North Carolina, United States. The role requires working in an open office environment and includes 0–10% overnight travel, with travel up to 10% depending on business needs.

What you will do

• Drive the implementation and adoption of training programs, standards, and Training for Competency initiatives.
• Assess training needs, set priorities, create employee training schedules, and track program milestones.
• Partner with managers, subject matter experts, Quality Assurance, production leadership, and training teams to develop technical, leadership, and personal development programs.
• Lead training plans, coordinate site training activities, and coach trainers across departments.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops while promoting shared best practices.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor training KPIs, support internal audits, and continuously improve training methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field and at least four years of relevant training experience in a regulated industry.
• Alternatively, an associate’s degree with at least six years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with at least eight years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in applying cLEAN methodologies and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience in instructional design, training program implementation and evaluation, coaching, mentoring, and facilitating workshops.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and events in an organized and methodical manner.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of ISOtrain or another Learning Management System.
