Head of Production (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Longmont, Colorado, USA; onsite production leadership role

Salary: $133,000–$142,000 per year, plus a target 10% profit-sharing bonus and 401(k) match up to 8%.

What you will do

• Lead daily production activities and deliver safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency targets.
• Ensure compliance with standard work instructions, safety standards, and established production processes.
• Define and execute long-term production strategy, including capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Develop production structures, leadership pipelines, workforce capabilities, training, and cross-training programs.
• Drive lean transformations, automation, continuous improvement, standardization, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Maintenance on operational issues, capital investments, new product introduction, and process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Process Control, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Several years of leadership experience in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
• Expertise in production processes, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Strong analytical, data-driven problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on operational problem-solving and lead teams across organizational levels.
• Ability to work onsite in Longmont, Colorado, USA.
