Salary: $170,000–$219,000 per year, plus potential performance-based bonuses and other incentives

What you will do

• Design, implement, administer, and support complex geographically dispersed network services and data-center infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server 2019/2022 environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, PKI and certificate services, clustered services, IIS, server roles, service dependencies, and operating-system performance.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux Server environments, including Ubuntu and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Support enterprise virtualization, storage, monitoring, backup, and disaster-recovery environments.
• Document findings, risks, dependencies, corrective actions, and operational procedures while communicating with government stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain SCI access.
• 10+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT infrastructure role.
• Strong experience with Windows Server 2019/2022, Active Directory, Group Policy, PKI, clustered services, IIS, and core Windows Server roles.
• Experience administering or troubleshooting Linux distributions, preferably Ubuntu or RHEL.
• Experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V, enterprise storage, SAN/NAS, RAID, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Security+ and VMware VCP-DCV or equivalent data-center/virtualization certification are required, along with DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 451 System Administrator work role.

Nice to have

• Server+, RHCSA, Microsoft server-focused, backup, storage, or platform-specific certifications.
• Experience with Dell/EMC, Pure Storage, HP, Nutanix, Veeam, or Commvault.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field; relevant experience may substitute.
