Operations Analyst (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Analyze and fulfill customer orders and requests within defined SLAs.
• Create and maintain order contracts, customer accounts, software licenses, Salesforce data, reports, and workflow documentation.
• Invoice customers, prepare financial reports, maintain records, and support credit memo matching.
• Manage inventory requirements and coordinate product shipments to external customers.
• Support sales and finance teams with customer issues, orders, vendor forms, and operational requests.
• Respond to customer inquiries about licensing and fulfillment, including occasional support outside normal working hours.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in order fulfillment processing.
• Experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively.
