Invoicing Consultant

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $40–$55 per hour

hirify.global is a Series C tech-enabled service company supporting performance assurance for distributed solar and energy storage systems.

What you will do

• Research commercial invoice discrepancies using Salesforce data and field service partner invoices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to validate discrepancies and determine whether Salesforce records or partner invoices require updates.
• Discuss disputed discrepancies with field service partners and support timely resolution.
• Document invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate logs.
• Analyze discrepancy data to identify recurring patterns and prioritize operational improvements.
• Create and update SOP proposals for leadership to prevent future invoicing issues.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of solar industry experience involving technical troubleshooting.
• At least 2 years of invoicing experience.
• Consultant mindset and ability to understand problems before proposing solutions.
• Experience with commercial solar systems is beneficial.
• Salesforce CRM experience is beneficial.
• Must be able to work remotely from the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
