Focus on maintaining Salesforce records and reports, resolving customer order issues, and ensuring contractual and financial documentation is complete.

What you will do
- Analyze and fulfill customer orders and requests within service-level agreements.
- Create order contracts, invoicing portal accounts, software licenses, and customer invoices.
- Maintain Salesforce contract data, reports, workflow documentation, and operational records.
- Manage inventory requirements and coordinate product shipments to external customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and support sales and finance teams with orders, credit memos, and vendor forms.
- Provide occasional support outside normal working hours when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in order fulfillment processing.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Ability to solve problems, meet key performance indicators, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain a collaborative approach while delivering accurate results.
