Principal Product Manager - Interview Innovation (AI)

Location: Remote within selected U.S. states only: Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, and Washington.

Base salary: $168,000–$176,976.10, $192,000–$202,258.40, or $216,000–$227,540.70 USD annually, depending on geographic tier.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for technical assessment and interview-innovation capabilities.
• Define AI-driven assessment features and evaluate emerging AI techniques for measuring candidates’ technical capabilities.
• Prioritize and ship technically credible products in partnership with engineering, content, and UX teams.
• Analyze assessment data and hundreds of thousands of candidate interviews to improve performance signals and accuracy.
• Design experiments to test new interview and assessment approaches.
• Track product metrics, identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support go-to-market expansion.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience across B2B and B2C products.
• Experience defining, launching, selling, and scaling products with measurable business impact.
• Strong technical understanding; prior software development experience is preferred, with hands-on use of modern AI-assisted development tools.
• Ability to engage with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and other senior technical leaders about software development fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional leadership, and executive presentation skills.
• Residence in Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, or Washington is required; applications from other states are not considered.
